Doing the Hormone Yoga for Menopause Series Training with Wasso has been a life changer for me. After only a couple of days practicing the series I noticed I had more energy, and became more open and radiant. The pain from osteoarthritis in my hip was alleviated, and now after one month I rarely notice it. I sleep more soundly and have more energy on less sleep. I really enjoyed the weekly session with you. It was an isle of rest for me to relax, regenerate and also to do something for me, my body and my female organs, to strengthen. You have a very calm, mindful and loving way of leading me into the practice of hormone yoga and you have responded well to me and my issues. I could feel that you were always with me with your presence. The implementation was very clear for me and I felt well guided through every unit. The video is a good and important support for me to stay on track.
My experience with hormone yoga was quite instant and maybe even dramatic. After only practicing the daily exercises for about three weeks I felt my libido increase, my energy level increase, and my period returning in a mild form, after a long time of irregular but then strong bleedings. I am 49, transitioning into menopause, but still feeling vibrant, healthy and most importantly, now with less mood swings. The hot flashes that I had had a few months before now also seem to be gone.
I had to stop doing the excercises regularly after about 4-5 weeks, because i noticed that I was loosing weight. I assume my thyroid was stimulated almost too much. So this is a poweful tool that I want to use when things get out of wack. I have my own hormones, I dont need the pharmaceutical chemicals! I trust now that my body will guide me. With hormone yoga, I can be more in touch with my female body.

Dear Wasso,
Last year in September I took part in your workshop in Carinthia and since then I have consistently practiced hormone yoga every morning for almost half a year. At that time I came to you for several reasons: PCO syndrome, the thyroid gland went crazy, and so on.
For 2 weeks I have been holding my little daughter in my arms - my Hormonyoga baby, so to speak,she is the most beautiful gift I have ever received!

With the shiatsu treatments of Wasso I've learned more about my limits. The tension I always felt in my stomach is now completely gone, the same with the anxiety and worrying
