I am a dedicated proponent of holistic medicine and specialized in Hormone Yoga Therapy for Women’s Health and in the Hara Shiatsu, the 5 Element Meridian System of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In my work as a holistic therapist I combine energy work, women’s Tao and Nutrition. I am a passionate teacher and share the ancient secrets to modern women.

Hara Shiatsu therapy is a form of physical bodywork based on oriental medicine that aligns body, mind and spirit to strengthen the body’s natural ability to heal and balance itself. Shiatsu is considered to be one of the best health care methods in daily life that can not only treat but also prevent disease.
