What is hormone yoga?

‘It’s time to celebrate your femininity’

Hormone yoga is a therapeutic yoga designed specifically for women with hormonal imbalances and issues. Hormones play a crucial role in our lives, affecting our mood, energy, and overall health.

What can you expect from hormone yoga?

Targeted yoga exercises to stimulate the endocrine system

• Learn specific breathing techniques to stimulate hormones
• Anti-stress exercises for better balance
• Yoga Nidra, a deep relaxation technique for recovery and emotional stability
• Connection with your femininity

Before attending the classes, we ask you to fill out a health questionnaire. This helps us better understand your specific needs and determine if hormone yoga is suitable for you.

Contra-indications

Hormone yoga can be an effective method to improve hormonal balance, but it is not suitable for everyone. Hormone yoga is not recommended for people in the following states:

1. Pregnancy
2. Hormonal forms of cancer (breast cancer, uterine cancer, ovarian cancer)
3. Endometriosis
4. Large fibroids (myomas)
5. Heart problems or high blood pressure
6. Shortly after surgery

Hormone Yoga is not a substitute for medication or medical consultation.

If you are unsure, consult both a certified Hormone Yoga therapist and a healthcare professional before starting.
