1.GENERAL
These general terms and conditions apply to all services offered by WASSO.
By booking a session or class, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2.SHIATSU
Purpose of the Treatment
Shiatsu is a complementary therapy that promotes well-being.
The treatment does not replace regular medical care and does not provide medical diagnoses.

Personal Responsibility
The client is responsible for their use of medication and monitoring their own health.
If in doubt about medication or medical issues, it is advised to consult a doctor.

Health Information
The client must provide full and accurate information regarding their health status, medication use, allergies, or injuries.
WASSO is not liable for any issues arising due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Liability
WASSO is not liable for complaints or complications outside the treatment itself.
The professional liability insurance only covers situations directly related to the treatment performed.

3.YOGA
Personal Responsibility
Participation in yoga sessions is at your own responsibility.
If you have any doubts about your physical or mental health, consult a doctor before participating.
Report any injuries, pregnancy, or other health issues in advance.

4.CHANGES BY WASSO
WASSO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. You will be informed in a timely manner and given the opportunity to reschedule.

5.HEALTH INFORMATION AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
For certain treatments, such as Shiatsu and Hormone Yoga Therapy, contraindications may apply.
Provide this information in advance to the practitioner or instructor.

6.CANCELLATIONS
Yoga sessions: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Shiatsu treatments and workshops: Must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
In case of late cancellations or no-shows, the full amount will be charged.

7.PAYMENTS
Payment for services can be made in cash or via a payment request.
For online sessions, full payment must be made in advance.

8.PRIVACY
Personal and medical data will be handled confidentially and used solely for the services provided by WASSO.

9.CHANGES TO SCHEDULING OR OFFERINGS
WASSO reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, accidents, or extreme weather conditions).
In such cases, an alternative will be offered.

10.MISSED CLASSES
Missed live yoga classes: If you miss a live yoga class, you can make it up via:

• Online live-streaming at another time.
• A recorded version of the class that will be sent to you.

Online live-streaming yoga classes: If you are unable to attend an online live-streaming yoga class, the class will be recorded and sent to you so that you can follow it at a later time.

11.COMPLAINS
If you are dissatisfied with a treatment or class, you may contact us within 7 days.
