Group Workshops:
Would you like to start Hormone Yoga with a friend, daughter, or loved one? You can! In a small group of three, you’ll receive personal attention, ensuring everyone gets the guidance they need. Together, but with individual focus. You can also support and motivate each other in your practice.

This series is offered as a mini-workshop lasting three to four hours, available both online and in-person. Participants receive a guidebook and video to support their daily practice.
